What should I do if the card is lost or stolen?

Immediately freeze/block the card in the app/account and request a reissue. Review recent transactions and dispute any unauthorized payments.

What limits apply to balances and transactions?

Limits depend on the wallet status. With an Identified wallet, you can store up to 500,000 RUB. Many operations have their own limits — check the exact limits inside your YooMoney wallet.

Can I withdraw cash with the card outside Russia?

Cash withdrawals are possible at ATMs that support MIR or partner networks, subject to local restrictions. We recommend using Sberbank ATMs where available. ATM fees and exchange rates depend on the ATM owner/network.

How long does crediting take and how can I track the payment?

Top‑ups are credited via partner acquiring services. Funds are usually credited within a few hours, up to 48 business hours. You can track the transaction status in your account history.

How can I top up a YooMoney card from abroad?

An identified wallet can be topped up using a foreign card on our website or a partner’s website. Maximum single top‑up amount: 400,000 RUB. The credited amount will be shown in the top‑up form after currency conversion. Top‑up fee: 1%.

How does identity verification work to issue a card?

Steps: 1) create a wallet; 2) upload passport data / required biometrics; 3) verification; 4) checks in databases; 5) wallet status is upgraded to Identified.
